• Our in-facility care services provide a multitude of services.  From companionship to 1:1 assistance with clients who have frequent falls or are at high risk for falls Silver Sitters covers it all.
• Often clients who reside in memory care may be experiencing a behavioral expression needing 1:1 care for the safety of the client. Silver Sitters sends the most experienced compassionate caregivers to partner with the Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Community.

Care Coordination for In-Facility Care –

• We assist in crafting a Client Care Request form to assess the client’s needs and goals.
• Regular checks with the healthcare providers to monitor improvement in the client’s health
• Incontinence ordering and supply management
• Supporting clients emotionally
• Helping with transitions to Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facility
