• Hourly care provides assistance when the client needs it. Silver Sitters is there to provide all ADL assistance. Shower visits are most common due to the high risk of clients falling in the shower.
• Does the primary caregiver work during the day? Is the primary caregiver unable to sleep at night in fear the client will need care? Silver Sitters tailor our client care request form according to the needs of the household including flexible hours. Never pay for more than you need!

Care Coordination for Hourly Care

Care Coordination is available for all our Silver Sitters Clients. Our experienced Care Managers will assist in streamlining care including:

• Gathering information from all of your healthcare providers
• Developing a Client Care Request Form
• Medication review and management including ensuring ample medication supply is available
• Scheduling needed appointments with care providers including assisting with the setup of virtual Telehealth visits
• Emergency management planning and preparation
• Incontinence ordering and supply management
