• It is reported that 1 in 4 Americans age 65+ fall each year. Millions of these seniors are treated for fall-related injuries including fracture, head injury, and more. Silver Sitters is committed to assisting in reducing falls. Our caregivers anticipate the needs of our clients to decrease the risk of falling.
• Primary caregivers (specifically spouses) are not trained in lifting and transferring. Untrained individuals assisting with ADL care can cause harm and injury to not only themselves but the client. Let our trained professionals step in and reduce this statistic.Often the Senior needing the care may not be the individual who falls.

Care Coordination for Daily Care

Daily Care Coordination is available for all our Silver Sitters Clients. Our skilled Care Managers will assist in streamlining care including:

Getting information from your healthcare providers to better understand your exact need.

• A comprehensive daily Client Care Request Form based on the client’s requirement and the healthcare provider’s recommendations.
• Appointing a skilled care provider including assisting with the setup of virtual Telehealth visits.
• An emergency plan to cut down the risk in the case of an emergency.
• Incontinence ordering and supply management.
